Corn Cutlets
• Ingredients
- 20 gms Fresh Corn Nibblets
- 20 gms Groundnuts
- 560 gms Boiled Potatos
- 20 gms Corn Flour
- 10 gms Oil
- Salt to taste.
• To Make
- Grind corn nibblets and groundnuts to paste.
- Mix potato (mashed) with the corn.
- Add cournflour and seasoning.
- Divide the mixture into portions.
- Make into balls and fry the cutlets in hot oil.
Soya Chikki • Ingredients
- 10 gms Soya Flour
- 20 gms puffed rice
- 60 gms Jaggery
- 20 gms Besan
- 2 gms fennel
- 10 gms Ghee
To Make:
- Roast Soyabean flour in Kadahi
- Melt ghee in kadahi
- Add jaggery and cook till hard ball stage.
- Add all the ingredients.
- Remove from stove.
- Mix well and set in greased plate.
